红外线探头有四个红外发射管和10个接收管组成检测部分,发射的红外线经织物反射被接收管接收,无织物的地方则无反射,就可以根据接收管的接收顺序来判定织物的位置。经内部电路放大、整形、数字转换等处理, 输出相对应的0 -
±7.5v的模拟量电平信号,产生十档电压,再把十档电压输入伺服控制器,伺服控制器根据十档不同的电压输出十档速度给伺服电机,伺服电机经精密齿轮减速机减速,由齿轮齿条转换成直线运动。该设计简洁、可靠。系统稳定性得到很大提高,适合同各型热定型机、拉幅机、涂布机配套,及旧机的技术改造。
The infrared probe has four infrared transmitting tube and 10 receiving tube which are composing the detection part. The emission of infrared via fabric is received by the receiving tube through the reflection of the fabric, and there is no reflection in the non-fabric place. It can determine the position of the fabric according to the receiving order of the receiving tube. Through the internal circuit amplification, shaping, digital conversion and other processes, it outputs the analog level signal corresponding to 0-7.5v, to generate ten-grade voltage, and then to input the ten-grade voltage into the servo controller. The servo controller outputs ten-grade speeds to the servo motor according to the different voltage, and the servo motor reduces the speed through precision gear speed reducer, and is converted into linear motion by the pinion and rack. The design is simple and reliable and the stability of the system is improved greatly. It is suitable for the matching of the machine drawing machine with different heat setting machine and the technological transformation of the old machine
